Biography

My name is Tara Funkhouser! I grew up in Philadelphia, PA and now live in Baltimore, MD. I’m lucky enough to have grown up going to Disney at least once a year, if not more, since I was 10 years old. No matter how old I get, Disney is the place I can go to escape everything and feel like a kid again. Walking down Main Street towards the castle always makes my heart skip a beat. Not only do I love to vacation at Disney, I love to runDisney! Since 2013, I have participated in multiple runDisney events including the Princess Half-Marathon Weekend, the Avengers Super Heroes Half-Marathon Weekend, and the Tinkerbell Half-Marathon Weekend. No one puts on a race weekend quite like Disney! I can’t wait to use all of my experience and expertise to help you plan your most magical vacation yet!
