I grew up in the airline industry, flying to most of the destinations we visited, however, as an adult I favor and focus on cruises (both river and ocean) as a great way to sample the world and try to choose new itineraries each time I plan for myself.
I have cruised on AmaWaterways, American Queen Voyages, Cunard, MSC, Princess, Royal Caribbean, and Virgin Voyages.
As someone who has now launched her kids, I can help you plan incredible child free getaways or lean on my experience as mom who traveled with six kids to help you plan memorable family vacations. From snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef, to walking tours in Europe, to cave tubing in Belize, to whitewater rafting in Tennessee, I can offer a personal perspective on various levels of adventurous vacations.
My bachelor's degree is Recreation with an emphasis on travel and tourism and I worked at the corporate office for a national hotel chain for several years. As a former school librarian, I am familiar with working around school schedules.
