My name is Karen Shu and for as long as I can remember, my family has been Disney aficionados - from trips to Disney World every year, sailing the high seas on the Magic, Wonder, Dream, and Fantasy, and taking my niece for her first trip at 2.5 months year old - we are still always breathless whenever we see Cinderella's castle on Main Street!
