Hello! I have always been a Disney movie fanatic and can remember dreaming as a child about the first time I could go to Disney World and see the magic from the movies come to life. Unfortunately, my family didn’t have the opportunity to make that trip when I was a kid, so I made my first visit to Orlando to visit Mickey and his Pals when I was 28. Everything about Disney World transported me back to my 8 year old self, and I have been hooked ever since! Fast forward a few years and Disney is a given vacation choice for my family. My husband, Matt, and our two kids make the trip at least once or twice annually; sometimes more often. Disney truly transports our family to a world of fantasy, and I live to see the looks of awe and wonderment on my kids’ faces when they meet the princesses while dining in Cinderella’s castle, ride the Seven Dwarf’s Mine Train, or watch the fireworks. I am also a runner and have very much enjoyed the RunDisney environment and all of the special details that go into planning this special type of trip.
