The spooky season is about to start! At the Walt Disney World Resort, that means the start of a very special Halloween party at the Magic Kingdom! Let’s talk about the keys to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party!
Halloween with Disney Magic
This specially ticketed event takes place on select nights at the Magic Kingdom during the Halloween season. When you see the pumpkins go up along Main Street, you know it’s almost time for spooky season!
The party features many special activities and entertainment that are not typically available during the day. Guests can dress in costume and come celebrate the season with a special firework show, trick-or-treating, and more!

An opportunity to join the virtual queue will be available at 6:00 pm for guests attending Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This is done using the My Disney Experience mobile app and can be done once per event. There will not be a standby queue for this attraction.

With the return of the party comes the return of the beloved entertainment, taking place throughout the evening.
Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade

This beloved, and spooky, parade is sure to get you into the spirit of Halloween! It returns twice nightly during the party and features villains, ghosts, and iconic Disney Characters. Join Mickey and all of his friends in this spooktacular procession down Main Street U.S.A. Don’t miss an opportunity to see Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle dressed like the Sanderson sisters or the wicked finale filled with Disney villains!
Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular
Lift your eyes to the skies above Cinderella Castle as Jack Skellington hosts this frightfully fun fireworks show. Join Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy as they go on a journey through a haunted house that proves anything can happen on Halloween! Featuring state-of-the-art projections, lights, and fireworks, this show can’t be missed!
Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular
They will put a spell on you! Don’t miss the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus in their wickedly fun stage show at Cinderella Castle. The three sisters are up to no good and they are getting some help from Disney villains! Be on the lookout for some of your favorites including Dr. Facilier, Oogie Boogie, and the Queen of Mean, Maleficent!
The Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet
The Cadaver Dans are ready for guests to gather around and listen to their haunting melodies and share some laughter! Their performances take place throughout the party so don’t miss your chance to enjoy some tunes and howl with laughter as they entertain!
Characters
Throughout the party, be on the lookout for your favorite characters! They are ready to pose for photos in their best Halloween outfits!
Merchandise, Treats, and More
As you enjoy all of the Halloween festivities, you may work up an appetite! Luckily, there are plenty of Halloween-inspired food and beverages available for purchase during the party!
Then, be sure to do some shopping! There is no better way to bring the party home than by grabbing some not-so-scary souvenirs!
Make sure you stop and get some photos too! Disney PhotoPass photographers will be available throughout the park to capture some spooktacular memories and take your photos. Don’t forget to ask for Magic Shots to get an added Halloween touch to your photos!
Trick-or-Treating and Costumes
As you explore the lands of the Magic Kingdom, be sure to fill up your complimentary treat bags with a variety of goodies! There are treat stations throughout the park.
If you have a food allergy, see a Cast Member to get your teal-colored treat bag. You will receive a teal token at each station that can be redeemed for allergy-friendly treats.
For this special event, costumes are encouraged. There are a few guidelines to keep in mind as you plan your outfits. Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be offensive or violent. One of the best parts of this event is

Event Times & Details
The party takes place from 7:00 pm to midnight. Ticket holders will be able to enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 pm on their ticket date, to enjoy even more time in the park.
If you have an annual pass or are a Disney Vacation Club member, you can save $10 per ticket on select nights.
